Coliving is new to a lot of people, you're not alone. We're happy to answer any question you have.

How does the application process work?

The application process can be completed entirely online. We currently offer virtual tours of the apartment on our website and will happily do in-person tours when requested.

After you've decided on an apartment, you'll fill out a background check with our partner, HelloRented. Once approved you will electronically sign your lease. If HelloRented accepts your application, you also won’t have to pay a security deposit.

What is the cost for utilities?

We charge a monthly rate of $75 that covers all utilities including wifi, water, gas, heat and electricity. No need to set up any services as everything is already taken care of for you. The flat fee also covers all cleanings and household supplies.

Are pets allowed?

As much as we love animals, unfortunately no pets are allowed in any of our current spaces.

Do you charge broker fees?

No. That simple.
